Processing & Delivery Time:
All orders are processed swiftly to minimize your wait time. Our standard shipping time is 1-3 business days for deliveries within the contiguous United States. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the items, and your delivery address. Keep an eye out for our free shipping promotions on select products!
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can easily track your package's progress.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Hidaka USA, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return process.
Standard Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also gladly cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Processing:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
